Internal Audit Professional - Facility Management

A well-established Facility Management company is looking for an experienced Internal Audit professional to join its team in Cairo. Mandatory Requirement: Previous experience in the Facility Management industry is a MUST. Excellent command of English – Spoken & Written is REQUIRED. Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess business risks and recommend risk mitigation measures. Review and test internal processes, procedures, and controls. Conduct financial and operational audits. Review financial records, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle), and supporting documents. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Detect and investigate fraud, errors, and irregularities. Lead process improvement initiatives and recommend improvements across departments. Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans. Present audit results directly to the Chairman. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–5+ years of experience in Internal or External Audit. Previous Construction industry experience is mandatory. Postgraduate certifications are preferred (CIA, CMA, CRMA). Proficiency in SAP / Oracle and audit analytical tools. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent command of English (spoken & written) – REQUIRED. Key Competencies: Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, COBIT). Analytical and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work with multiple data sources. High ethical standards and sound professional judgment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
