Internal Control Manager

Job Title: Internal Control Manager. Reports To: Financial Controller – ACCBC. Function: Finance (Governance & Controls). Location: Dubai, UAE. The Internal Control Manager is the owner of internal control design, effectiveness, and assurance across ACCBC’s operations, ensuring robust governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best-practice control frameworks. Accountabilities include designing internal control frameworks, leading risk assessments, managing insurance governance, documenting SOPs, coordinating audits, managing fraud risks, implementing system-based and automated ERP controls, and delivering training. Requires 5-8+ years of experience in internal controls, internal audit, risk management, or compliance, with hands-on exposure to ERP-driven control environments, COSO, COBIT, IFRS, and US GAAP. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, with professional certifications like CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred.
