Inventory Management Coordinator

University of Doha for Science and Technology is seeking an Inventory Management Coordinator to handle the development and maintenance of a storage inventory system to ensure uninterrupted supply. Responsibilities include assigning inventory tags to assets and equipment, meeting supply chain objectives and reorder levels for general supply stores and consumable spare parts, performing biannual complete inventory checks and updating databases including FAMIS and PeopleSoft, overseeing inventory and housekeeping workers, ensuring item safety and security, coordinating vendor supply flows, ensuring accurate requisition documentation, and conducting internal audit support.
