Inventory Management Executive / Officer

URGENT HIRING – INVENTORY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE / OFFICER Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000/month Department: Supply Chain / Stores & Inventory Management Experience: 3–6 Years Working Days: 6 Days per Week Applicant must be available in Dubai and ready to join immediately Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end inventory and stores operations • Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across all locations • Conduct periodic/interim inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits • Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions • Maintain inventory records and transactions through ERP systems • Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Teams, and Production for material planning • Ensure proper material handling, storage, and inventory control procedures • Prepare inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation reports • Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, VBA, and MS Office tools • Support purchasing, inventory, and material management activities • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures Required Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Material Management. Hands-on experience in Inventory Control & Stock Management, Stores Operations, Material Handling, Inventory Counts & Variance Analysis, and Material Receipt & Issue Processes. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI and VBA reporting tools. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualification: Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Engineering, or B.Com, or Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Masters Degree is optional.
