Invoicing Accountant

We are looking for a smart, hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible Invoicing Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in a fast-paced food trading and distribution company. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling daily invoicing activities, customer portal uploads, documentation and other invoicing-related tasks efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities include preparing, verifying and issuing daily sales invoices, uploading invoices and delivery notes to customer portals, scanning and maintaining accounting documents, coordinating with Sales, Logistics and Accounts teams to resolve discrepancies, following up on rejected invoices, and handling high volumes of billing transactions.
