IT Application Support (Banking Sector)

Hypercell is looking for an IT Application Support with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. Work Model: Onsite, Monday to Friday. Industry: Banking. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; 4-5 years experience with IT application system support and troubleshooting; proven experience in IT application maintenance including patching, upgrades, and transport management; strong background with SQL and various databases; strong background in incident and problem management; high proficiency in English; familiarity with core banking environments and Finacle application is an advantage; experience generating reports using SAP BusinessObjects, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools; SAP Certification in relevant modules like SAP BASIS, SAP FI/CO, SAP ABAP, or SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
