IT Governance and Business Process Section Head

Main Purpose of Job Lead the development and implementation of the organization's IT Governance Framework while driving business process management initiatives to strengthen governance, ensure compliance, and support continuous process improvement across the organization. Qualifications Education - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Preferred Certifications - COBIT Foundation or COBIT Design & Implementation - ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional - PMP or PRINCE2 certification Required Experience - 3 to 7 years of experience in IT Governance, Business Process Management, or Digital Transformation - Experience in enterprise process improvement and governance frameworks - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms - Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, particularly COBIT and ITIL - Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and transformation initiatives - Must be a Saudi National (mandatory by law)
