IT Manager

FutureFert for Fertilizer and Chemical Manufacturing is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the IT function at its manufacturing facility in Ain Sokhna, Suez, Egypt. Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must be currently residing in Suez Governorate. Experience: 15+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the IT strategy, roadmap, and budget. - Lead IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user systems. - Manage ERP, Microsoft 365, HR and Finance systems. - Establish cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks. - Lead and develop the IT team. - Support digital transformation and automation initiatives. - Manage IT risks, vendors, procurement, and compliance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. - 15+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role. - Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site organizations is preferred. - Strong knowledge of Networking, Windows/Linux, Virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, and Active Directory. - Experience with ERP/SAP is preferred. - Knowledge of SCADA/OT and IT/OT integration. - Strong background in Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery, IT Risk Management, and IT Budgeting. - Experience leading Digital Transformation and Automation projects. - IT certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or Microsoft/Azure are an advantage.
