IT Manager

Manage IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures that support business growth. Lead and develop the IT team, manage the IT budget, and oversee system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects. Collaborate with department heads, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources, to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements aligned with the Dynamics 365 implementation roadmap. Conduct workshops and observation sessions to gather detailed requirements based on approved processes and procedures. Perform fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses against Dynamics 365 s standard capabilities. Recommend and implement improvements to business workflows and the use of Dynamics 365 functionalities. Configure Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Engagement (CE), Finance and Operations (F&O), and related modules. Customize and publish workflows, business processes, forms, and configurations according to business needs. Maintain daily updates to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), including data mapping, implementation progress, and Azure DevOps work items, in coordination with department heads and the Senior Business Application Engineer. Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and testers to meet project milestones and deadlines. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal stakeholders. Develop training materials and knowledge base articles, conduct training, and provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer. Serve as the main link between business departments and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively. Build software programs and IT projects from scratch, covering requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Implement security measures and ensure compliance with applicable requirements and industry standards.
