IT Manager – Manufacturing Systems

Responsibilities: Manage the optimisation of Oracle Manufacturing processes, including Production, Shop Floor Control, BOM, Routings, Inventory, and Supply Chain operations. Configure Oracle Manufacturing modules to meet business requirements while minimising customisations and technical debt. Own user access administration by defining authorisation profiles and access levels. Drive improvements to internal procedures and software customisations. Ensure system integrity and secure application delivery by managing change control processes. Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP customisations and enhancements from initial inquiry through functional design, development, testing, and implementation. Evaluate upgrades, new software, and system improvements. Provide direct, hands-on support to business users. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 7 years of experience on Oracle ERP applications. Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Modules and/or JDE Manufacturing.
