IT Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365

An established business with multi-site operations is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and wider IT function. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will own the technology roadmap, lead internal and outsourced teams, manage technology budgets, and work directly with senior management. Your immediate priority will be delivering a successful ERP transition while maintaining reliable business operations. Lead Dynamics 365 implementation, migration, integrations, go-live and stabilisation. Manage implementation partners, challenging designs, costs and delivery commitments. Oversee retail/POS and business-system integrations, data reconciliation and release controls. Lead infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, user support and business continuity. Strengthen IT governance, access controls, audit readiness and documentation. Manage IT teams, suppliers and budgets, communicating risks and recommendations clearly.
