IT Planning Analyst – Contracts

We are looking for an experienced IT Contracts / Procurement professional with strong expertise in managing complex IT contracts and the complete contract lifecycle. Key Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in IT Contract Management, Procurement or Supply Chain. Strong knowledge of IT contracting, procurement strategies & vendor governance. Experience with IT contracts covering Software Licensing, SaaS, Cloud Services, IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity solutions. Hands-on proficiency with SAP/ERP & Contract Management tools – Mandatory. Strong understanding of CAPEX & OPEX budget alignment during contract execution. Experience managing the complete lifecycle from requirements/tendering through execution and contract close-out. Experience coordinating with Legal, Technical/IT, Supply/Procurement & business stakeholders. Proven exposure to high-value and complex IT contracts, supplier performance, compliance, governance & risk management. Industry Preference: Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial or other regulated environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Law, Supply Chain Management or related field. Preferred Certification: CIPS, IACCM/WorldCC or equivalent.
