Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand ERP talent needs across Fusion and EBS modules . Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Build and maintain strong pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi/GCC clients . Leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent. Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring practices and regional requirements KSA focus. Maintain recruiter branding and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with HR and business teams to streamline onboarding and documentation.
