IT Specialist / System Administrator

A well‑established international group of companies based in Dubai is looking for a skilled IT Specialist / System Administrator to manage and support all IT operations across the group. The ideal candidate must have relevant IT qualifications and 3 to 6 years of hands‑on system administration experience within the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, systems, networks, and infrastructure. Provide technical support to all departments and ensure smooth IT functionality. Administer and maintain company software systems including ERP, HRM, CSM, and other departmental applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and IT procurement.
