IT Supply Chain Applications Specialist

To provide robust functional and technical support for Supply Chain and Demand Planning systems, specifically supporting the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion and maintaining the Slim4 demand planning system. This role focus exclusively on enterprise SCM application modules—specifically Procurement (P2P), Order Management (O2C), Inventory Management, Demand Planning (Slim4). Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and manage service requests within defined SLAs. Partner with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications. Daily monitoring and error resolution of data syncs between Slim4 Demand Planning, Oracle SCM modules, and external vendor/procurement portals. Resolve stuck interface records. Execute functional regression test scripts for quarterly Oracle Fusion SCM module updates and Slim4 system upgrades. Maintain SCM master data integrity, including item masters, bill of materials, UOM conversions, and supplier master configurations. Support the ongoing enterprise transformation to Oracle Fusion by executing test scripts, validating data migration for SCM modules, and guiding users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. +2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role with exposure to Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion.
