Junior Process and Performance Analyst

Support the implementation and operation of ERP systems and related activities including requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, user coordination, and user adoption. Support ongoing improvement of the ERP system after implementation. Coordinate with departments, IT, and external implementation partners on digital improvement initiatives. Support data quality, standardization, and accuracy across ERP and reporting systems. Identify opportunities to digitalize processes through technology and automation. Explore and support the practical use of AI and Generative AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and analysis. Review and document end-to-end business processes, prepare process maps, SOPs, and workflows. Analyze operational data using Power BI, Excel, and other tools to support decision-making.
