Junior Process & Performance Analyst

Support the implementation and Support ERP and system activities including requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, user coordination and user adoption. Support ongoing improvement of the ERP system after implementation. Coordinate with departments, IT and external implementation partners on system, process and digital improvement initiatives. Support data quality, standardization and accuracy across ERP, reporting and digital systems. Identifying opportunities to digitalize processes through technology and for automation in order to improve efficiency, accuracy and visibility. Explore and support the practical use of AI and Generative AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, analysis, productivity and business processes. Review and document end-to-end business processes and identify bottlenecks, gaps, duplication and improvement opportunities. Prepare and maintain process maps, SOPs, workflows, related process documentation. Analyze operational data using Power BI, Excel and other tools to support better decision-making. Monitor improvement actions, project activities and implementation progress through proper tracking and follow-up.
