Junior Procurement Officer (Odoo)

We are hiring a Junior Procurement Officer with Odoo ERP experience in Dubai, UAE. The role involves supporting procurement activities by sourcing materials, processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement. Key Responsibilities: - Source suppliers and obtain quotations via Odoo - Prepare and process PRs and POs in Odoo ERP (Mandatory) - Follow up with suppliers on deliveries - Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation in Odoo - Coordinate with Stores for inventory replenishment using Odoo - Assist with supplier evaluation and cost optimization in Odoo system - Ensure compliance with procurement procedures Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration - Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP - Purchase Module is mandatory - 1-3 years of relevant procurement / purchasing experience - UAE experience preferred; Automotive, Engineering, or Manufacturing experience is an advantage - Skills required: Odoo ERP, PR/PO Processing, Vendor Management, Supplier Negotiation, MS Excel, Planning, Communication, Attention to Detail
