Lead MDM Architect

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Lead MDM (Master Data Management) Architect to join the team in Dhahran. In this role, you will develop and implement master data management strategies and solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable MDM architecture, enforce governance policies, and oversee integrations with existing enterprise systems. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the Master Data Management strategy to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT departments to translate business requirements into MDM architecture. - Lead the design and architecture of MDM solutions considering scalability, performance, and integration. - Define and enforce MDM architectural standards, frameworks, and methodologies. - Establish data governance policies and standards to maintain data accuracy and reliability. - Provide expertise in data modeling, profiling, and data quality assessments. - Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance MDM capabilities.
