Aventus is partnering with a leading UAE-based digital transformation and technology services organisation to hire a Lead SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Consultant. You'll lead the full HR landscape across SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (on-premise and S/4HANA), from core HR and UAE payroll through to talent, and guide the functional team. What you'll do: Lead the design and delivery of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM across implementations, rollouts and support. Run fit-to-standard workshops with HR, payroll and business stakeholders. Configure Employee Central: foundation data, position management, workflows, RBP and ECP. Deliver talent modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, and Learning. Lead SAP HCM: OM, PA, Time Management, Benefits and ESS/MSS. Own UAE/GCC payroll: gratuity/EOSB, WPS, leave and air tickets, GPSSA, and FI/CO posting. Design integrations using SAP Integration Suite, Integration Center and packaged integrations. Lead testing, migration, cutover and hypercare. Mentor junior consultants and support presales, estimates and proposals.
