Logistics Coordinator – PMV

Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator – PMV is responsible for coordinating the movement, allocation, mobilization, demobilization, and operational support of plant, machinery, and vehicles across UCC Construction projects. The role ensures that all PMV resources are available at the right location and time, properly documented, legally compliant, and maintained in coordination with project, workshop, transport, procurement, and site teams. Key Responsibilities include PMV logistics coordination, equipment records and documentation, fleet and equipment coordination, compliance, safety and quality, supplier and subcontractor coordination, and reporting and cost control. Required Knowledge and Skills include knowledge of plant, machinery, vehicles, and construction equipment logistics, understanding of equipment mobilization and demobilization, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP, fleet-management, or asset-management systems.
