Logistics Officer - Manufacturing

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries and transportation arrangements to ensure timely movement of raw materials and finished goods. Prepare, review and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes and transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements. Monitor shipment status, coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers and customs clearance agents, and resolve delivery delays or documentation discrepancies. Maintain accurate shipment and delivery records in SAP, prepare logistics reports using Microsoft Office, and coordinate with warehouse, procurement and production teams.
