Manager Digital Delivery

Job purpose Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions across OQEP, ensuring projects, platforms, and enhancements are executed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business priorities. The Digital Delivery Manager oversees the planning, build, integration, and rollout of digital products and enterprise systems, working closely with Demand Management, IT Operations, and business units to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality. Oversee integration of digital systems with IT, OT, SAP, cloud, APIs, and data pipelines. Ensure adherence to architectural principles, data standards, DevOps practices, and security-by-design. Manage relationships with implementation partners, SaaS providers, and system integrators.
