Manager - Finance

The position serves as a strategic business partner to the leadership team and is accountable for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, effective cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, financial controls, compliance, business performance analysis, and operational finance excellence. The role oversees General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Treasury Coordination, Statutory Compliance, and Finance Transformation initiatives while ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce Property Management CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365). Responsibilities include leading annual budgeting, financial KPIs, IFRS and UAE corporate tax compliance, audit readiness, and ERP optimization.
