Manager - SAP PP/QM

SAP PP – Job Responsibilities - Configure and support SAP PP (Production Planning) processes. - Handle Production Planning, MRP, Demand Management and Shop Floor processes. - Configure and maintain BOM, Work Centers, Routing and Production Versions. - Work on MRP planning and production orders. - Support production order creation, release, confirmation and closure. - Handle integration with MM, SD, QM and FI/CO modules. - Analyze business requirements and provide SAP PP solutions. - Support S/4HANA implementation, rollout and support projects. - Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams. - Handle production issues, root-cause analysis and user support. SAP QM – Job Responsibilities - Configure and support SAP QM (Quality Management) processes. - Handle Quality Planning, Quality Inspection and Quality Control. - Configure Inspection Types, Inspection Plans, MICs and Sampling Procedures. - Manage Quality Notifications and defects. - Work on Inspection Lots, Results Recording and Usage Decisions. - Handle Incoming, In-process and Final Inspection processes. - Support Vendor Quality Management. - Integrate QM with PP, MM and other SAP modules. - Support quality-related business requirements and process improvements. - Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
