Manager, Supply Chain

Worley is seeking a Supply Chain Manager (Omani national) in Muscat, Oman. The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for effective strategic and operational leadership and delivery of contracting, sourcing, expediting, inventory, preservation, and logistic services under the contract. Responsibilities include providing leadership for procurement activities, overseeing the complete supply chain lifecycle for purchase orders, leading and developing sourcing personnel, conducting market intelligence, coordinating technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, cost-saving initiatives, ensuring governance, compliance, process control, vendor and inventory management, and managing key interfaces with client stakeholders like PDO. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business administration, or related discipline, with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in contracting and sourcing, inventory management, cost modeling, and change management, including at least 7 years in a senior role within an oil and gas organization. Advanced proficiency in data management tools, ERP systems, and SAP sourcing functionality is required.
