Manager - Treasury & Banking

Space42 is a UAE-based AI-powered SpaceTech company that integrates satellite communications, geospatial analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities. As the Manager of Treasury and Banking, you will oversee cash management, liquidity, treasury activities, and banking relationships. Responsibilities include cash management, debt and funding facilities execution, trade finance management, banking relationships, CapEx program management, financial analysis, policy development, risk management including FX and interest rate exposures, team leadership, reporting, cross-department collaboration, KYC and regulatory compliance, and satellite insurance reporting. Qualifications include 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury and banking operations, strong forecasting and business partnering experience, demonstrated experience with debt facilities and financial risk management, experience with treasury tools and systems including Treasury Management Systems and Oracle or other ERP/treasury platforms, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, and professional qualifications such as ACT, CFA, or ACA.
