Role: Managing Consultant SAP PI/PO Years of Experience: 10-12 Job Summary: The Managing Consultant SAP PI/PO leads large-scale integration programs and defines solution architecture. The role involves managing client relationships, delivery execution, and governance. The individual ensures alignment of integration solutions with enterprise strategies. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership are key. Key Skills: - 10-12 years of experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI implementations - Expertise in SAP PO, CPI, and enterprise integration architecture - Strong knowledge of API-led integration, middleware, and hybrid landscapes - Advanced experience in integration technologies and patterns - Expertise in complex mappings, Java/custom adapters, and performance tuning - Strong understanding of SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA) and enterprise architecture - Experience in security, governance, and compliance frameworks - Proven experience in large-scale implementations and transformations - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client communication Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead integration architecture and strategy - Drive large-scale integration implementations and rollouts - Oversee integration design, development, and delivery - Ensure governance, standards, and best practices - Manage stakeholders and client expectations - Support pre-sales, estimation, and solution design - Mentor teams and ensure delivery excellence Business Skills: - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Understands business processes and cross-module touch points - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Consulting Skills: - Aptitude for working in a team environment, client-facing presentation skills, and mentoring capabilities.
