Marine Purchasing Officer

Ensure that all items requested by vessels, the Company, business partners, and Joint Ventures are duly sourced, quoted, reviewed, approved, ordered, and delivered in full compliance with user requirements, timelines, and policies. Monitor vessel requisitions, generate requests for quotation from approved suppliers, analyze quotations for cost efficiency, raise purchase orders, and track deliveries through warehouses and freight forwarders to vessels. Manage the full procurement lifecycle including purchase requisitions, orders, goods receipt notes, and invoice matching. Evaluate suppliers, manage supplier performance programs, support e-sourcing initiatives, ensure compliance with QHSE standards, and maintain accurate departmental records.
