Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated remote Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Business Central solutions to meet business requirements. The role requires strong technical expertise in AL development, integrations, and extensions, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Develop solutions using AL language and Visual Studio Code. Create and manage APIs, web services, and third-party system integrations. Customize reports, pages, codeunits, and workflows within Business Central. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Collaborate with users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support end users and provide technical guidance. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and Business Central releases. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV development. Strong expertise in AL programming and extension development. Experience with Business Central APIs, web services, and system integrations. Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, Git. Understanding of Business Central architecture and deployment models. Experience in report development (RDLC and Word layouts). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, is a plus. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.) is a plus. Experience with Power Automate, Azure Functions, and other Microsoft cloud technologies is advantageous. Experience with other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics F&O. Experties being 80% technical and 20% functional or at least 60% technical and 40% functional.
