Module Lead - SAP SuccessFactors HXM

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Module Lead to lead design, implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions. Mandatory Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SuccessFactors Time Tracking / Time Management, Business Integration Builder (BIB), SAP HCM / HCM Payroll, SAP CPI / Integration Suite, RBP, MDF, Business Rules & Workflows, EC-ECP integration and payroll replication, Global implementation & production support experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support projects, lead solution design, requirement gathering and business process mapping, configure EC Foundation Objects, MDF, workflows, business rules and Position Management, configure and support ECP payroll schemas, rules, wage types and payroll processes, manage Time Tracking, work schedules, holiday calendars and overtime rules, configure BIB integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP/S4HANA, troubleshoot data replication and integration issues, support SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs and Go-Live, lead functional teams and mentor consultants.
