Module Lead - SAP SuccessFactors HXM

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HXM Module Lead to join our team and lead implementation and support engagements in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia on an onsite basis. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience. Key skills required include SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Tracking / Time Management, Business Integration Builder (BIB), SAP CPI / Integration Suite, RBP, MDF, Business Rules & Workflows, SAP HCM Payroll, EC-ECP integration and payroll replication, data migration and validation, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and Go-Live support. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support projects, requirement gathering, solution design, business process mapping, functional leadership, mentoring consultants, configuring EC, ECP, and Time Tracking, designing BIB integrations with SAP ERP or S/4HANA, coordinating with integration teams on CPI, preparing functional specifications, supporting testing and parallel runs, and managing risks and change requests.
