Immediate Opening – SAP SuccessFactors Module Lead | KSA Role: Module Lead – SAP SuccessFactors HXM Location: Saudi Arabia – Onsite Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Contract Key Skills: - SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - Employee Central Payroll (ECP) - Time Tracking / Time Management - Business Integration Builder (BIB) - SAP CPI / Integration Suite - MDF, Business Rules, Workflows & RBP - SAP HCM / Payroll Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support. - Drive solution design, requirement gathering and business process mapping. - Configure EC Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows and Position Management. - Lead ECP configuration, payroll replication, payroll troubleshooting and parallel runs. - Configure Time Tracking, work schedules, overtime and attendance processes. - Manage BIB integrations with SAP ERP/S4HANA and troubleshoot data replication. - Coordinate with SAP CPI/Integration Suite teams. - Lead SIT, UAT, go-live and post-go-live support activities. - Manage stakeholders, risks, issues and functional teams.
