Offshore Service Delivery Manager - SAP AMS

We are looking for an experienced Offshore Service Delivery Manager to join Infosys and lead SAP Application Management Services (AMS) delivery for one of the world's largest pharmaceutical clients. What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end offshore service delivery for SAP S/4HANA AMS operations across multiple value streams. Manage a large team of functional and technical consultants supporting a complex, multi-site global SAP landscape. Drive SLA adherence, incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement. Act as the primary point of contact between offshore delivery and onsite project stakeholders. Own service review governance, reporting, and escalation management with regional Service Leads. Manage team capacity planning, resource allocation, and competency development. What We're Looking For: 10+ years of experience in SAP with at least 4-5 years in a Service Delivery Manager role for AMS engagements. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules. Experience managing ITIL-based service operations - Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. Proven ability to manage large offshore teams (50+ resources) and drive delivery excellence. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with client leadership. Experience with ServiceNow or any other ITSM tool is must. Experience with ChaRM/Focus Build, and Agile delivery frameworks is a strong plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience is a strong plus.
