Onsite Delivery Coordinator (SAP – Cloud Application Services)

Onsite Delivery Coordinator – Cloud Application Services (CAS). Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 12 MONTH CONTRACT. Duration: Until August 2027. Work Model: Hybrid / Onsite transitioning to Remote based on customer confirmation. Role Overview: The consultant will act as an Onsite Delivery Coordinator for CAS customers and will be responsible for coordinating delivery activities between Application Service Manager (ASM), supplier consultants, and the customer. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and distribute delivery tickets and topics to the appropriate consultants and track their progress. Prioritize tickets and activities based on workload and customer requirements. Ensure agreed customer SLAs are achieved. Validate deliverables such as Technical Specifications, Change Requests, and effort estimations in coordination with the ASM and consultants. Facilitate collaboration across different technical and functional teams. Coordinate consultant availability throughout the Transition, Operations, and Closure phases. Support business continuity and resource replacement activities. Act as an escalation point for tickets, quality, governance, and customer-related issues. Manage de-escalations on the supplier side in collaboration with the ASM, CAS Lead Consultant, and GSM. Represent the supplier in executive and management-level escalations. Participate in regular governance meetings with CAS Delivery and the Delivery Supplier Manager. Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and improvements, and suggest potential enhancements to the customer. Apply strong knowledge of SAP applications and delivery processes to ensure successful business outcomes. Timeline: 1 week remote onboarding. 3 months onsite in Riyadh at the new customer location. Following the initial onsite period, the consultant will work 1 week remotely and then 1 week onsite. The role will become fully remote once confirmed by the customer. Essential previous experience must include: Strong SAP application knowledge. Delivery coordination experience. Excellent stakeholder management skills. The ability to work in a customer-facing onsite environment.
