Operations Specialist

Operations Specialist We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team in Dubai. Requirements: - Experience in international trade, shipping, logistics, or commodity operations - Good knowledge of export and shipping documentation, including BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Certificate of Origin - Familiarity with LC, SWIFT, CAD and trade finance documentation - Experience with SAP, JULES or similar ERP systems - Knowledge of shipment tracking, container coordination and delivery follow-up - Experience in customer/vendor KYC and documentation - Strong Excel and reporting skills - Excellent coordination, communication and organizational skills - Experience in scrap metal, steel, copper or commodity trading is an advantage Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Operations
