Oracle EBS Purchasing and Procurement Functional Consultant

Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Configure flexfields, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system profiles. Prepare functional specifications, conduct testing, and maintain system documentation. Manage production issues, system enhancements, patches, and releases. Support system implementation, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with security policies, change management procedures, and service-level requirements. 10–15 years of relevant Oracle ERP experience with a minimum 7 years of Oracle EBS Procurement experience and 5 years in full-cycle implementations. Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Service Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management. Experience in Saudi government procurement projects is preferred. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
