Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Consultant

Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements. Design and implement Oracle Financials solutions to meet functional and technical needs. Configure and support modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management. Create and maintain functional specifications, solution documentation, and user manuals. Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Finance issues and enhancements. Lead or support Oracle upgrades, patch testing, and system implementations. Develop and review technical design documents, SQL queries, reports, and workflows. Coordinate and conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). Interface Oracle Financials with other business systems (HRMS, SCM, CRM, etc.). Monitor system performance, resolve data issues, and optimize processes. Provide user training, workshops, and post-go-live support. Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, audit, and security standards. Collaborate with Oracle support and external vendors for issue resolution. Manage change requests and impact analysis on existing systems. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation of finance processes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. Strong expertise in Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Workflow, and BI Publisher.
