Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead – Finance

Teamware Solutions is looking for a Lead Consultant – Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional (Finance) with 14+ years of experience to lead the techno-functional stream of a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP program. The ideal candidate should combine strong Oracle Fusion Financials functional expertise with hands-on technical capabilities across OIC, VBCS, BIP, OTBI, and FBDI. You will own the solution lifecycle from requirements and functional design through development, data migration, integrations, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and production support, while working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and SI/vendor partners. Key Responsibilities: Lead techno-functional design and delivery across Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement. Strong ownership of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Procurement solutions. Translate business requirements into functional configurations and technical designs, applying fit-gap analysis and a standard-first approach. Lead Oracle EBS/eBiz to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration initiatives, including migration strategy, FBDI-based data conversion, reconciliation, coexistence, and validation. Lead cutover and go-live activities, including runbooks, mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, go/no-go criteria, and command-centre coordination. Drive post-go-live hypercare and stabilization, including defect triage, incident management, RCA, knowledge transfer, and BAU transition. Design and develop integrations, extensions, and reports using OIC, VBCS, BIP, OTBI, and FBDI. Drive quarterly Fusion release adoption, impact assessment, regression testing, enhancements, and controlled deployments. Own production support governance, including incident management, SLA-driven resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Evaluate and pilot Oracle AI capabilities / AI Agent Studio to identify automation opportunities across Finance. Mentor developers and functional/techno-functional consultants while coordinating with business, IT, and SI/vendor teams.
