Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead (Finance)

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead with 15+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to lead the techno-functional stream of our Oracle Fusion program, with a primary focus on the Finance modules. The role carries end-to-end ownership — from shaping business requirements and functional design through technical build, deployment, and post-implementation change — and is central to driving both the ongoing Fusion implementation and the continuous evolution of the live estate. The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle Fusion Financials product knowledge with strong technical delivery capability, is self-driven, and can independently drive and close deliverables with minimal supervision while guiding developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders. A broader understanding of Oracle AI capabilities for Fusion Applications, including AI Agent Studio (Fusion AI Studio), is a distinct advantage as we embed AI-led automation across Finance processes.
