Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Independently handle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities. Primarily focus on Core HR and Payroll modules. Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate Oracle HCM solutions. Configure and support Core HR and Payroll business processes. Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas. Perform data migration and data loading using HCM Data Loader (HDL). Develop and maintain reports and analytics using OTBI. Create and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports and templates. Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues independently. Take complete ownership of assigned Oracle HCM deliverables. Coordinate directly with client/business stakeholders for requirements, clarifications, testing, and issue resolution. Support UAT, deployment, data validation, and post-production activities. Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation. Provide ongoing production support and ensure timely resolution of Oracle HCM issues.
