P&C Digital Solutions Senior Specialist

My client, a leading global organisation, is looking for a P&C Digital Solutions Senior Specialist to join their IMEA People & Culture team in Dubai. This is a hybrid HRIS + payroll role. You'll drive HR digital transformation across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and Employee Central, while managing complex multi-currency payroll across the MEA and India/Bangladesh region (1,000+ employees). What you'll do: Own HR systems (SAP HCM, SF, Employee Central) as functional admin, manage end-to-end multi-currency payroll across 10+ countries, support annual increment/bonus cycles, partner with C&B and HRBPs on workforce planning, and lead key digital transformation projects. What you'll bring: 6–10 years' experience in HR digital systems + payroll, strong SAP/SuccessFactors know-how, advanced Excel/Power BI skills, and fluent English (Hindi/Urdu a plus). Based in Dubai, regional scope across IMEA.
