Parts Picker (Automotive Workshop)

Pick spare parts against authorized parts requisitions, job cards, and workshop requests. Verify correct part numbers, quantities, and specifications before issuing. Ensure parts are issued to the correct technician, job card, or vehicle. Arrange picked parts in designated staging areas for workshop operations. Maintain proper stock location discipline and ensure parts are stored in designated bin locations. Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits. Report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or mismatched parts immediately. Ensure stock movements are accurately recorded in the Oracle JD/ERP/DMS system. Follow all workshop and warehouse safety procedures. Use appropriate material handling equipment safely. Comply with company policies, inventory controls, and quality standards. Assist in unloading, receiving, labeling, and shelving parts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts warehouse. Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practices where applicable.
