Payable Accountant

We are hiring in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. A facility management and manpower services company based in Jeddah is hiring for this position to manage supplier accounting and support accurate and timely payment processing. Key responsibilities include checking supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents, recording invoices, reconciling supplier accounts and statements, preparing payment schedules, coordinating approvals with relevant teams, monitoring outstanding balances, and supporting month-end closing and audits. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, SOCPA certification, 2-4 years of relevant experience in a facility management or manpower services company, strong Excel and ERP skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
