Payment Posting Specialist

HIRING | Payment Posting Specialist - Local Hiring | Qatar Mach Consultants is looking for an experienced Payment Posting Specialist to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of payment transactions, supporting reconciliation and audit activities, and strengthening financial controls. Key Responsibilities: - Validate payment postings and clearing entries. - Collaborate with reconciliation teams to resolve mismatches. - Support internal and external audits with accurate financial data. - Review financial controls and recommend improvements. - Work closely with Payment Operations on financial controls. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or audit. - Strong understanding of financial accounting, payment processing, reconciliation, audit standards, and internal controls. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, particularly FI or PSCD, is preferred. - CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is a strong advantage.
