Payroll and Compensation Executive

The Payroll and Compensation Executive is the payroll team's owner of compensation and benefits delivered through payroll, for more than 7,500 employees in 36 payroll areas across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, and India. The role makes sure that every approved pay decision reaches the payslip correctly, on time and in line with policy and local law. The role owns wage codes and pay components, executes the annual increment cycle and approved performance-linked payouts in payroll, validates allowances, and leads the design and testing of compensation elements in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
