Payroll Manager

Snoonu is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead and scale our payroll function as the company grows. Role will support a multi-country, multi-brand workforce spanning HQ staff, Snoomart, Grocery, Garage, Accommodation, and our large rider and driver population. You will build a stronger, more resilient payroll structure — growing and diversifying the team, strengthening controls, increasing automation and segregation of duties, and ensuring accurate, compliant payroll across every market and business line we operate in. What You’ll Get Your Hands On: Build & Lead the Payroll Team, Own End-to-End Payroll Governance, Strengthen Controls & Segregation of Duties, Ensure Multi-Country Compliance across Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Manage Leave, Settlements & Disputes, Partner on Payroll Systems (Keka integration, bank file automation) as part of the wider Dynamics 365 transformation. The Magic You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related. 6+ years of payroll experience, including 2–3 years in leadership. Strong understanding of GCC payroll and labor law requirements, WPS, and end-of-service benefits. Experience with payroll systems like Keka and ERP integration; exposure to Dynamics 365 is a plus.
