Payroll Officer

Armada Retail Concept is looking for a Payroll Officer in Kuwait to manage monthly payroll operations accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements. Responsibilities include verifying attendance, leave, overtime, bonuses, deductions, coordinating with HR and Finance, supporting audits, and maintaining HRIS and payroll systems. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll administration, experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP solutions, and working knowledge of labor laws and social insurance.
