Payroll Specialist – SAP ECP

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Verify employee data, attendance, and payroll changes. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and GOSI regulations. Maintain payroll records and prepare reports. Coordinate with Finance for salary transfers and documentation. Handle employee payroll and benefits queries. Support audits and continuously improve payroll processes while maintaining confidentiality. Requirements: 1-3 years of payroll/HR operations experience, strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and GOSI, proficiency in SAP / Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
