People Analytics & AI Manager

The People Analytics & AI Manager owns Arada's people data strategy, governance, and use, building the data foundation for People Experience, turning it into actionable reporting and insight, and leading practical AI adoption across the function. Responsibilities include defining the Group people data model, holding accountability for data quality, building the reporting layer, analyzing workforce metrics, owning the people data and integration workstream of the Group HRIS, championing AI across People Experience by prototyping workflows and MVPs, driving data and AI literacy, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
